On May 12th, Sunday, Metin Çetiner, Vice President of Kimse Yok Mu, a globally known humanitarian aid organization, will meet our community to present current and past aid efforts in various parts of the world. Mr. Çetiner will also address ongoing help actions in Somali and Syria along with video presentations.
Program will start with brunch at 12:00pm followed by the Kimse Yok Mu briefing at 1pm.

About Kimse Yok Mu Organization
A Turkish humanitarian aid organization, Kimse Yok Mu was established on 18 January 2002 and gained “Public Interest Association Status” with the Cabinet Decree no. 2006-9982 dated 19 January 2006. This non-governmental association was awarded the “Turkish Grand National Assembly Outstanding Service Award” on 10 August 2008. Kimse Yok Mu publicly and internationally reaffirmed its credibility when it was granted ‘United Nations ECOSOC Special Consultancy Status’ on 20 July 2010. Our Association is currently providing economic and social assistance to those in need in Turkey and over 90 countries throughout the world through 40 branches spread across the country. Moreover it also contributes to the search and rescue activities following the cases of natural disasters and emergencies with its ASYA Search and Rescue Teams. Having been created within the body of our association to render search and rescue and first aid and psycho-social support services in cases of such natural disasters as earthquakes, wars, fires, floods etc, ASYA has formed search and rescue teams in 11 different provinces of Turkey, all consistent with international standards. ASYA teams have served in abroad in Japan and Haiti and more recently in Van earthquake in Turkey.
