Join us as we savor the authentic taste of Turkey with a delightful evening featuring the star of the show, “Lahmacun” – a delectable Turkish flatbread topped with minced meat and fresh herbs. Accompanying this treat, we’ll be serving a comforting bowl of “Yayla Çorbası” – a creamy yogurt and rice soup, and for dessert, a luscious “Revani” – a semolina sponge cake soaked in a fragrant syrup.
Not only will you have the opportunity to taste these mouth-watering dishes, but you’ll also learn how they’re traditionally prepared and the cultural stories behind them!
